President Donald Trump has the highest approval rating in six months — 45 percent — in the Rasmussen Reports daily tracking poll on Thursday.
The rate is Trump's highest in the daily poll since June, when it was 50 percent.

Do you approve or disapprove of President Trump's performance?
- Disapprove: 53 percent.
- Approve: 45 percent.
The poll's margin of error is 2.5 percent.
In addition, the RealClearPolitics average of polls Thursday showed Trump's approval rating at 40.5 percent versus 55.8 disapprove.
