Dem Rep. Lieu Mocks 'Super-Secret' GOP Senate Health Bill With Toilet Photo

Rep. Ted Lieu, D-Calif., joked Thursday about the "super-secret" Republican plan to replace the Affordable Care Act on Twitter.

He later blasted the bill after someone on Twitter criticized his joke.
