Two-thirds of viewers on the Spanish-speaking network Telemundo said President Donald Trump won Tuesday night's debate.
The twitter poll by Telemundo News found that 69% said Trump won and 31% said Joe Biden won. Daniel Garza, president of The LIBRE Initiative, tweeted a screenshot of Telemundo's broadcast that showed the results at that time following Tuesday's chaotic showdown.
Polls of Hispanic voters have turned in mixed results in terms of who they support for president. A recent national poll of young Latino voters, for example, found that Biden has 60% support and Trump has 19% support.
Another national poll of registered Latino voters concluded that Biden has 62% support and Trump has 26% support.
But a survey of Hispanic voters in the swing state of Florida showed that Trump leads, 53% to 37%.
