Fitton: Jarrett 'Delusional' With Scandal-Free Claims About Obama

President Barack Obama has a "scandal rap sheet longer than my arm," and White House adviser Valerie Jarrett was "delusional" earlier this week with her claims to CNN that he has neither had a scandal or done anything to embarrass himself, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said Tuesday.

"Hundreds of groups were shut down by his IRS," Fitton, whose watchdog group has filed several legal actions against the president, told Fox News' "Fox & Friends" program. "His Department of Justice was talking to the IRS about prosecuting these same groups. Benghazi, a real serious scandal with still implications to this day, where he and [Hillary] Clinton lied and lied again what was behind the attack. It was not an internet video. It was obviously a terrorist attack. He lied to keep himself in office."

Further, said Fitton, Obama was "personally involved" in the scandal involving Clinton's use of a private email server, as he was "sending emails to her directly while saying he didn't know anything about it."

Obama also lied "directly and personally" about Obamacare, when he said people who liked their doctors could keep them, said Fitton.

"That was a lie," he said. "The whole White House knew it was a lie. They kept on telling us that lie in order to get that agenda passed."

Obama's legacy will be one of "abusive government, abusive power and a presidency run amok," said Fitton. "One of the reasons President [Donald] Trump is going to be president is because of the record of scandal Valerie Jarrett seems to think doesn't exist."
