Trump: Obama 'Colluded or Obstructed' on Russia

President Donald Trump on Monday took to Twitter to blast former President Barack Obama again, saying he "colluded or obstructed" when notified by the CIA about Russia's meddling in the 2016 election.

The reason that President Obama did NOTHING about Russia after being notified by the CIA of meddling is that he expected Clinton would win..

Trump added that no evidence in the investigation has tied his campaign to Russia, and called for an apology.

The real story is that President Obama did NOTHING after being informed in August about Russian meddling. With 4 months looking at Russia...
