Donald Trump wrote two tweets on Sunday night in response to outgoing CIA Director John Brennan’s criticism of the president-elect, indicating that he suspects Brennan of leaking that Trump had been briefed on an unverified dossier alleging Russia had compromising information on him.
In the ongoing war of words, Brennan slammed Trump earlier on "Fox News Sunday," saying "Spontaneity is not something that protects national security interests and so therefore when he speaks or when he reacts, just make sure he understands that the implications and impact on the United States could be profound. It's more than just about Mr. Trump. It's about the United States of America."
Brennan also sharply criticized Trump for comparing the intelligence community to Nazi Germany, saying the accusation was “outrageous.”
