President-elect Donald Trump's recent campaign filings show the exact amount he personally paid for his campaign, and it's less than he predicted.

Trump pledged to spend $100 million of his own money, using the figure as a sign of his personal investment in his campaign, but according to USA Today, he fell short of that figure by over $30 million.

The billionaire added $10 million to his presidential campaign in the final few days of the election, which brought the total for his personal spending to $66.1 million.

NBC News reports that in the final weeks of the election, Trump spent $3 million on family business, and cited the spending as campaign expenses in the last filing to the Federal Election Committee.

According to Reuters, Trump-related businesses received $11 million from his campaign over the course of the election.

In the final days of the election, and the three weeks that followed, Trump's campaign committee reportedly spent $2 million on his airline TAG Air for the 737 he used to travel the country, and almost $54,000 at Trump-owned restaurants.

Trump's son, Eric, wine manufacturing company made $21,164 off of his father's campaign.
