Donald Trump Jr. is hitting the campaign trail to help Republicans that have been supportive of his father, President Donald Trump, and his agenda, Axios reported Monday.
Trump Jr. was an effective draw during his father's 2016 presidential campaign and Republicans are looking to him to be just as successful in the 2018 midterm elections.
Trump Jr.'s first stops will include Indiana, where he will headline an event for Greg Pence, Vice President Mike Pence's brother, who is running for U.S. House in that state, Axios reported.
Trump Jr. was just confirmed for an event in support of Rep. Lee Zeldin, R-N.Y. in early August.
Insurance executive Steve Louro will host the event, because "I love Zeldin, and Donald Jr. is a tremendous guy," Newsday reported.
