President-elect Donald Trump took to Twitter on Tuesday to defend the Electoral College which has come under fire the past week since Hillary Clinton won the popular vote.
Politicians and voters alike are calling for the elimination of the Electoral College, though Trump echoed Rush Limbaugh's comments that he would have won the popular vote, if he needed to.
As it stands, Clinton leads the popular vote by roughly 800,000 votes with votes still being counted in some places.
It's an about-face for Trump who took to Twitter four years ago to give his then opinion on the Electoral College.
