President Barack Obama talked about a "world that doesn't exist" in his speech supporting Hillary Clinton at the Democratic National Convention, Donald Trump charged in a fiery Twitter bomb.

The Republican presidential nominee argues almost three-quarters of the population thinks "our country is going in the wrong direction."

He also mocked Obama, posting a retweet that links to a video saying Obama referred to himself 119 times during his speech Wednesday night.

The rapid-fire tweets came as Trump faces increasing heat for saying he hoped Russia would find the missing emails from Clinton's personal server, and was the focus of searing criticism from a parade of speakers at the Democratic convention Wednesday night, including former CIA Director Leon Panetta, and vice presidential nominee Sen. Tim Kaine.
