Trump Blasts Clinton Using Her Own Words on Twitter

In a pre-dawn tweet storm Sunday, President-elect Donald Trump turned former rival Hillary Clinton's own words against her to argue she's a hypocrite for joining a recount effort.

"Hillary Clinton conceded the election when she called me just prior to the victory speech and after the results were in. Nothing will change," Trump tweeted before unleashing his multi-tweet takedown.

In subsequent tweets, he quoted Clinton as to why the recount is a waste of "time and money" for the "same result. Sad."

Green Party candidate Jill Stein has raised more than $5 million for recount efforts in Wisconsin and has mentioned pursuing others in states that came close including Michigan and Pennsylvania, both of which Clinton lost by a little more than 100,000 votes, the New York Post reported Sunday.

The Clinton campaign said Saturday it would join the Stein effort.
