House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler criticized Republican Reps. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, and Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., for not wearing masks while Attorney General William Barr testified during a hearing Tuesday.

"I would remind Mr. Jordan, Mr. Biggs, and Mr. Johnson to stop violating the rules of the committee, to stop violating the safety of the members of the committee, to stop holding themselves out as not caring by refusing to wear their masks," Nadler said.

But the committee has two members with the last name Johnson: Rep. Hank Johnson, D-Ga., and Rep. Mike Johnson, R-La., so it was unclear who he was chiding.

"Is it permissible to drink a sip of coffee?" a member asked Nadler.

"It is not permissible," Nadler quipped.

"We can't drink coffee?" another voice replied just before Nadler slammed his gavel.
