Amanda Bynes has reportedly left UCLA Medical Center where she spent the last two months under psychiatric hold and is now enrolled at a
"fancy Malibu rehab center," according to TMZ.
Reports claim that Bynes, 27, checked into The Canyon approximately three weeks ago and is increasingly "paranoid" that the paparazzi will find her.
Sources close to the troubled actress are worried, though, because the celebrity rehab does not have the psychiatric facilities available that a hospital like UCLA does, and doctors have said she is
"gravely disabled as a result of a mental disorder," according to Us Magazine.

Just last week Bynes' lawyer told a judge that his client was
mentally unfit to stand trial for her 2012 DUI arrest.
The DUI is just one of the traffic-related mishaps that have contributed to the downfall of the starlet. Bynes also was picked up on a couple of charges of driving on a suspended license in Los Angeles last year before she moved to New York for a fresh start.
But her downward spiral continued as her behavior grew more and more bizarre. She's made headlines for everything from locking herself in dressing rooms for hours and shaving her head to posting semi-nude photos of herself on Twitter and hurling her favorite insult, "ugly," at anyone and everyone, including President Barack Obama.
Most recently, she was carted away by police after setting a small fire in a Los Angeles-area driveway near her parents' home and placed on a 72-hour involuntary psychiatric hold. The 5150 was extended to two weeks, then 30 days, and rumors circulated last week that it could possibly be in effect for up to a year.
Bynes' mother Lynn had control of the actress' health matters and finances after a judge granted her a temporary conservatorship in August, but it expired Monday.
TMZ reported that Lynn Bynes has decided not to seek a permanent conservatorship.
