"The Bachelor" creator Mike Fleiss was arrested this week on disturbing the peace charges for bothering his California neighbors – former "Baywatch" star David Charvet and his wife Brooke Burke-Charvet – earlier this year.

In what appears to be an incident between feuding celebrity neighbors, E! News reported that Los Angeles County Sheriff authorities processed Fleiss at its Malibu/Lost Hills station Wednesday afternoon and released him after be posted $10,000 bail.

"On or between Aug. 1, 2014, and Sept. 27, 2014, the crime of disturbing the peace by loud noise, a misdemeanor, was committed by Mike L. A source told The Hollywood Reporter that the Charvet couple "has two constantly barking German Shepherds who are disturbing the whole neighborhood."

The Charvets complained, though, that Fleiss "initiated a campaign of terror and harassment against them, making physical threats and blaring barking dog sounds at all hours from huge speakers pointing at their property."

TMZ reported that the Charvets tried, but failed, get win a restraining order against Fleiss in October.

The Hollywood Reporter noted that Fleiss purchased the home from actor Mel Gibson for $9.3 million in 2012.

Fleiss posted a Twitter message about the death of Hollywood legend Mike Nichols on Thursday but made no mention of his legal problem.

In 2012, the New York Post Page Six reported that Fleiss had begun divorce proceedings from his wife and high school sweetheart, Alexandra Vorbeck, because of "irreconcilable differences."

The Post said, per court papers, that they had not been together since 2010 and had participated in mediation. The tabloid said at the time that Fleiss' Next Entertainment had 300 employees and was worth $100 million due to the success of his reality shows "The Bachelor," and spinoff "The Bachelorette."
