Bethenny Frankel has a new beau.
The entrepreneur and talk show host who starred on “Real Housewives of New York” was seen making out with the hunk during a New Years Eve party at the Mondrian South Beach Hotel in Miami.
“Bethenny and a date were there with a group of friends” a source told E! News. “At the stroke of midnight, they shared a passionate kiss and proceeded to make out in front of everyone.”

The two were photographed the next day romping around in the surf.
ABC News identified Frankel’s new love interest as Michael Cerrusi.
The romance is quite a turnaround for Frankel, 43, who separated from her husband Jason Hoppy a year ago and filed for divorce last January. The two were in a bitter custody battle for their 3-year-old daughter, Bryn.
“I’m going through a brutal, brutal time,” she told Nightline last August of the split. “It really, really is, I mean, there’s no other way to slice it.”
During the interview, the Skinnygirl mogul talked about a series of spinoffs that put her life on full public display. Shows included “Bethenny Getting Married” and “Bethenny Ever After.” Her nasty split also was documented on video.
“I don’t regret letting the cameras roll at all,” Frankel told Nightline. “I could have skated by. I could have stayed on the show and been like, 'Oh, everything’s perfect with us. Everything’s great.' It made me feel dirty for people to think that I had this perfect relationship and this perfect life.”
Frankel, who is active on Twitter, has not tweeted about her new romance, but noted she was hoping for a better 2014.
She told People last fall that finding happiness can be a challenge.
“I don’t think you can have it all at once,” she said. “It’s hard to have a career and a personal life and a love life and a sex life. If it happens, I’ll let you know!”
