A Beyoncé fan fainted after an extended embrace with the singer during a recent show in Nashville, Tenn. on the diva's Mrs. Carter Show World Tour.

The encounter was caught on video, where we see a man with outstretched arms reaching for his beloved singer as she stands over him on stage while singing her hit song "Irreplaceable."

What appears to be an initial high-five from Beyoncé turns into a hand-holding embrace due to the man's apparent unwillingness to release the artist's hand.

Now shaking as though he is having a standing seizure or being healed in a televangelist church pew, the man's one-handed embrace gives way to a four-second hug from Beyoncé, who bends down and rubs his back as surrounding concert goers jump about in joy.

Moments after Beyoncé steps away, the man is seen dropping to the ground as the camera shifts back to the singer.

What happened to the man after his loss of consciousness was not reported.

This is not the first incident involving fans at a Beyoncé concert in recent months.

In May, during a performance in Denmark's capital of Copenhagen, a fan slapped the 31-year-old Beyoncé on the butt.

The incident again occurred during the singer's performance of her song "Irreplaceable."

Beyoncé's Mrs. Carter Show World Tour is the fourth concert tour by Beyoncé Knowles.

Having begun on April 15, the tour consists of 99 shows across four continents.

It is scheduled to end on Dec. 20 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.

As of June 30, the tour had already grossed $55.6 million.

Mrs. Carter is a reference to her marriage with hip hop mogul Shawn Carter, known to most by his stage name, Jay-Z.

Beyoncé fans weighed into the most recent concert incident on Twitter yesterday.
