Billy Joel gave ex-wife Christie Brinkley a personalized performance at his Madison Square Garden show in New York City last week when he serenaded the former model with his classic song "Uptown Girl."
Brinkley, 60, was in the front row Thursday night when the "Piano Man" launched into his 1983 hit, at times pointing at her and smiling.
The pair was married from 1985 to 1994 and it was Brinkley who starred in Joel's music video for "Uptown Girl." They had one child together, Alexa Ray Joel, and have reportedly stayed friends over the years since their relationship ended.

Brinkley attended last week's concert with her two kids from her marriage to Peter Cook — Jack and Sailor.
"He's still got it," she captioned another photo of herself enjoying her 65-year-old ex-husband's show.
Another shot showed Brinkley's daughter Sailor filming Joel's performance.
Joel made headlines earlier this summer when he lent a hand to a woman who had fallen in a crosswalk in East Hampton, New York.
