A Britney Spears fan rushed the stage during the singer's show in Las Vegas on Wednesday before male dancers and security tackled him.

Jesse Webb, 37, was arrested for trespassing and taken to Clark County Detention Center, Billboard reported.

Spears was about 15 yards from the man when security guards surrounded her as the incident unfolded.

"Is everything OK? What's going on?" the singer asked, according to Billboard.

The singer reportedly clutched on of the guards and asked if the suspect had a gun before being escorted backstage, E! News reported.

Wednesday was her first night returning to her Piece of Me residency at AXIS auditorium in Planet Hollywood after a summer break, Variety noted. She had just finished singing "(You Drive Me) Crazy" when the fan rushed the stage.

The man didn't have a gun, People magazine reported, adding that he kicked a guard while executing a cartwheel.

Webb allegedly rushed the stage after being asked by security to leave the show because he had been acting disorderly, TMZ reported.

Spears will return to the stage Friday and Saturday, E! News noted. Her four-year residency, which has grossed over $100 million in ticket sales, ends Dec. 31.

Twitter users expressed support for the pop star.
