Britney Spears is on the cover of the January-February 2015 cover of Women’s Health, and the singer is offering proof that the image was not Photoshopped via a behind-the-scenes video of the shoot.
The pop star’s slimmer-looking nose and defined cheekbones were made possible by a makeup technique called contouring,
TMZ reported, pointing out that Spears “looks exactly the same on set as she does in print.”
The 33-year-old mother of two talked about how she keeps fit.
"I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time,"
Spears said, according to Us Weekly. "I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio — usually running — move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats, and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch."
The singer also like dancing and turns to raw foods for nutrition.
Spears also has been spending time with her
new boyfriend, Charlie Ebersol, E! Online reported.
Twitter users commented about the cover.
