Camille Grammer, former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star and Kelsey Grammer's ex, has filed a restraining order against her boyfriend, claiming he beat her up as she recovered from a cancer surgery last week.
In the documents obtained by E! Online, Grammer, 45, accuses Dimitri Charalambopoulos of slamming her face into furniture, grabbing out clumps of her hair, and threatening her Oct. 16 as she recovered in a Houston hotel room from an invasive hysterectomy. The mother of two revealed earlier this month that she had been
diagnosed with an early stage of endometrial cancer.

"He wrestled me on the hotel bed, repeatedly slamming my head and face into the furniture, and eventually he succeeded in immobilizing me… I began to scream, calling for help," Grammer said in court documents. "He told me I was going to hell, and then, to make his escape, he said he would ‘knock me out' if I moved from the bed while he left the hotel."
Grammer detailed how she then "hobbled down approximately four flights of stairs to the hotel lobby, holding my stomach in pain, and begged for help from a hotel employee."
The former reality TV star tweeted about the incident Monday.
A judge granted the temporary restraining order, which instructs Charalambopoulos to stay at least 100 yards away from Grammer and her children.
