Chris Christie joined Jimmy Fallon on "The Tonight Show" this week to celebrate the upcoming Father's Day with a segment called "The Evolution of Dad Dancing," which featured the pair hamming it up in pleated khakis and out-of-date facial hair.
The segment aired Thursday after Fallon spoke with Christie, asking him what he thought about running against Hillary Clinton for president in 2016,
CNN reported. The parody was a follow up to Fallon's "Evolution of Mom Dancing" with first lady Michelle Obama last year.

"Do you think you could beat her?" asked Fallon.
"You bet," said Christie
"In a dance-off?" Fallon joked.
"That’s what I was talking about. What were you talking about?" said Christie, playing along.
"You're a pretty good dancer," Fallon concluded.
During the skit that followed, the duo demonstrated a number of hilarious and embarrassing dance moves including "The Belt Grabber," "The Lawnmower," "The Passionate Elliptical," and the "This Bridge is Closed" — a lighthearted jab at Christie's George Washington Bridge scandal from last September. The Garden State governor gave a convincing performance, pretending to be mad and storming off stage, and finally returning to wave to the applauding crowd.
Before the segment, Fallon's interview highlighted Christie's "Father of the Year" award given by the Father's Day/Mother's Day Council in Manhattan, and teased him for his weight.
"I have four children, you know, one of them showed up," said Christie, describing the ceremony.
"But you ate the other three lunches," quipped Fallon.
The pair also discussed House Majority Leader Eric Cantor's recent upset loss, which Christie called "unfortunate," but added, "That's what democracy is all about. You've got to speak your mind and then let people decide."
