ABC officially announced the lineup of "Dancing With the Stars" Wednesday, ending weeks of speculation about which celebrities would vie for the Disco Ball trophy on the 17th season of the competitive dancing show.
From reality TV personalities to professional athletes and actors to singers, "DWTS" has always attracted a diverse cast and producers are hoping season 17 can deliver, despite a recent ratings tumble.
As in seasons past, a rumored roster of contestants has been floating around the Internet in the weeks leading up to the official announcement.
