David Cassidy, former teen star of “The Partridge Family,” has filed for bankruptcy at age 64, just after getting out of rehab and getting his fourth divorce.

The actor listed $10 million in assets and up to the same amount in debts.

“I am going through bankruptcy proceedings at the moment. This is necessary for practical reasons to reorganize my life as I go through divorce and to restructure my finances," Cassidy said in a statement, according to The Los Angeles Times.

Cassidy had recently completed rehab from a January 2014 DUI. In February 2014, Cassidy’s wife, Sue Shifrin-Cassidy, filed for divorce, ending their 23-year marriage.

“I'm glad David is getting the help he needs and I am confident he will come back better and stronger than ever,” Shifrin-Cassidy told The Daily Mail at the time. “I am truly heartbroken that our marriage is ending.”

The Times said Cassidy’s debt includes $39,000 on credit cards, a personal line of credit for almost $300,000, and $131,000 in attorneys fees. Other bills include medical and maintenance debt.
