David Schwimmer recently revealed that he once served divorce papers to Rod Stewart.
Speaking on "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert," the "Friends" actor recalled his time working as a waiter in Chicago, saying he held "so many jobs" during his university years.
"One summer after my freshman year in college, I was just looking for work," Schwimmer said, according to NME. "And my mum said, 'Well, you can be a process server for me.' My mum was a divorce lawyer."
He continued: "So I was the guy who would pop out of the bushes and serve you divorce papers. At the time I was 18, and I'm like James Bond. I'm not James Bond! 'Cause you're tipped off as to where they might be."
Schwimmer added that one of the people he served just happened to be a rock legend.
"Once … thank goodness I've never run into him since, but I served Rod Stewart. I don't even know if he knows. I don't think he knows," he said.
Stewart ended his five-year marriage to American actress and model Alana Stewart in 1984. He later married model Rachel Hunter in 1990, with the marriage officially ending in 2006. He married Penny Lancaster the following year, 2007.
Stewart celebrated his 80th birthday Friday, and to mark the milestone he splashed out for his family to spend time aboard a $150 million superyacht in Barbados, according to Daily Mail.
The yacht is a three-tiered vessel featuring nine suites for guests, as well as a beauty salon, a gym, a swimming pool, and a helipad, according to the report, which noted that it is further staffed with a full crew, including three chefs to cater to the family's dietary needs and restrictions as they "hop across several islands" in the Caribbean.
Stewart's 19-year-old son, Alastair, posted a series of photos of Stewart and his wife, Penny, and some of Stewart's eight children and their partners, as well as his granddaughter Delilah, all on the yacht.
