The Duggar family's four oldest daughters are speaking out about dating, relationships, sibling rivalry, and their toughest struggles in a new book published this week.

Jana, 24, Jill, 22, Jessa, 21, and Jinger, 20, teamed up to pen "Growing Up Duggar," a new book published Tuesday that explores the girls' relationships with each other, their parents, their other siblings, friends, boys, and God.

The sisters explain that they follow traditional Christian dating rules, which include courtship and abstaining from sex and even kissing until marriage.

"It’s easy to put yourself into physical and moral danger and give into those emotions or sensual thoughts that promise pleasant, but only temporary, fulfillment," they write, according to E! Online. "By censoring our thoughts through the filter of God’s word, we will be able to recant any wrong thoughts or temptations that try to sneak in."

Jessa Duggar is the only one of the four who's currently involved with a boy. She and fellow churchgoer Ben Seewald entered into a "courtship" in September.

"[They're] enjoying getting to know each other and are recommending sermons to one another," Jim Bob Duggar, Jessa's dad, told People magazine at the time. "Courting is getting to know each other in a group setting, both families spending time together and the couple setting goals together to determine if they are meant to marry. With dating, a couple will often pair off alone and that sometimes leads to a more physical relationship."

The girls also shed light on some Duggar family secrets, like their mother's reported battle with bulimia and their father's anger issues.

The Duggar family's lives have been chronicled on the TLC reality show "19 Kids & Counting" since 2008. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have 19 children, ranging in age from 26 to 4, and all the kids' names start with the letter "J."

The oldest Duggar sibling, 26-year-old Josh, is married with three kids of his own.

Season 8 of "19 Kids & Counting" is scheduled to premiere April 1 on TLC.
