The Duggar family, of TLC's reality show "19 Kids and Counting," may soon be adding another child to their brood, as Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are reportedly considering adoption.
"We are open to the idea of adoption," Michelle Duggar, 45, told
People. "We are praying about it, and we will see what God has in store. We have friends that have adopted children who are a great influence in our lives, and we have talked about their experiences. So it's something we've considered. We have to know for sure that is what God wants for us to do."
The Arkansas couple have 19 biological children whose names all start with "J," spanning in age from 25 to 3.

Josh Duggar, the oldest sibling, has two children of his own with his wife Anna. The couple is expecting their third baby this summer.
Michelle Duggar had a tragic miscarriage in December 2011 with what would have been her 20th child. Now, she says her kids are pushing for them to add another baby after the family visited an orphanage in Beijing during a trip captured by TLC's cameras.
"The kids are definitely pushing towards wanting us to open our home up to another child or more," she told People. "They see how much we have been blessed with and how little so many children have and they want to share. We tell our children that would have to be something that is God's will for our family, and we will see if it is. Our children love children, and we all do."
The speculation about a Duggar adoption set the Twitterverse abuzz though, with many people speaking out against the decision.
The family's Beijing trip aired in three episodes on TLC in March.
