A customer ranting about poor service at a Dunkin' Donuts store, and recording it to post on Facebook, got so many comments about the ugliness of her attack that she’s taken the video — and her Facebook page — down.
The customer videotaped an eight-minute verbal attack on a Dunkin' Donuts employee, who remained polite throughout the exchange, saying that she received poor service and failed to get a receipt when she was in the store the night before. Because of that, she demanded free food, but wasn’t happy to let it go at that when the employee agreed.

The employee responded so politely and well to the tirade that many online were commenting that it made them want to spend dollars at Dunkin' Donuts.
The woman escalated during the video, cursing and using racist slurs by the end. A Trending Now Tweet cautioned viewers, “We dare you not to cringe while watching this Dunkin' Donut's customer’s bizarre, expletive-filled rant. #TrendingNow”
The YouTube video went viral with more than 280,000 views, but not for the reason the woman intended. Instead of being horrified at the bad customer service she got, video watchers have expresses horror that someone would talk to a restaurant employee – or anyone – that way.
While many people commenting on YouTube and other sites that posted the video used their own share of expletives to describe her behavior, others commented that the response to the video is overblown. Several pointed out that some of the woman’s comments indicated a possible mental illness.
On YouTube, superlukie17 wrote, “She obviously has a mental illness. ‘One time they p—ed in my fries.’ ‘I’m goin to Mars where I don’t have to deal with it.’ sad.”
The Smoking Gun identified the woman and reported that she took her Facebook page down and has been unavailable for comment.
