Environmental activist Erin Brockovich's mug shot is lobbying for worst booking photo of all time after she was arrested on suspicion of boating while intoxicated late Friday on Lake Mead near Las Vegas.
Brockovich, 52, was arrested after a game warden noticed she was having trouble docking her boat.
A breath test revealed her blood-alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit of .08, according to the Nevada Department of Wildlife.
Twitter had plenty to say about the mug shot.
Brockovich, a legal assistant-turned-environment activist, released a statement to TMZ regarding her arrest.

"I apologize for my actions Friday evening," the statement said. "After a day in the sun and with nothing to eat it appears that a couple of drinks had a greater impact than I had realized.
"It is very important to note that I was not operating the boat in open waters, I was moving it within its own slip. At no time was the boat away from the dock and there was no public safety risk. That being said, I take drunk driving very seriously, this was clearly a big mistake, I know better and I am very sorry," she added.
Brockovich was later released on $1,000 bail.
Brockovich became a pseudo-celebrity after Julia Roberts portrayed her in a 2000 movie about her fight over the pollution of a California town.
