Gwyneth Paltrow's $200 morning smoothie, which she recently shared on her lifestyles website Goop, has everything the body needs – from almond butter and coconut oil to something called Moon Dust and ashwagandha.

London's Daily Mail put the cost of the Oscar winner's morning routine at $223 for all the ingredients.

The smoothie starts with one cup of almond milk (simple enough), along with the following ingredients – one tablespoon of almond butter, one teaspoon of coconut oil, two tablespoons of vanilla mushroom protein powder, one teaspoon of maca, one teaspoon of ashwagandha, one teaspoon of ho shou wu, and one teaspoon of cordyceps, according to Goop.

It also includes one teaspoon of your Moon Dust of choice: "Action Dust to soothe overworked muscles, Beauty Dust for a glowy complexion and healthy hair, Brain Dust to combat mental fogginess, Goodnight Dust when sleep has been evasive, Sex Dust for, you know, and Spirit Dust to get that extrasensory perception going," said Goop.

The ingredients finishes with a pinch of Himalayan sea salt and a pinch of vanilla powder.

"Gwyneth drinks one of these every morning, whether or not she's detoxing," said the site. "Choose your Moon Juice moon dust depending on what the day ahead holds…brain before a long day at the office, sex dust before a date, etc."

The Daily Mail said ashwagandha, which is known to take the edge off anxiety, cost $17 a jar while vanilla mushroom powder costs another $35. The Moon Dust options, which all can be purchased from Goop's online outlet, run from $55 to $65 each for two ounces.

"You have to buzz it on high, so (the coconut oil) really kind of melts into it; otherwise, you get little bits of cold coconut oil," Paltrow told Refinery 29 about the smoothie. "And by the way, this is an extremely basic version — you can put in bananas or berries. Sometimes I put in half of a sweet potato and make like a little pumpkin pie smoothie. And that's really it."

Of course, some on social media sniffed at the actress's concoction.
