Citing neck and back problems, former reality television star
Heidi Montag underwent breast reduction surgery and told Us Weekly that she could not be happier about the decision.
Montag went to Dr. Jay Orringer for the surgery, the same doctor who did reconstructive surgery on Angelina Jolie after her double mastectomy. Montag said she removed her F-cup breast implants for a C-cup.

"I couldn't conceptualize the weight of them in my body," Montag, 27, told Us Weekly. "They felt like bowling balls on my chest. I felt inappropriate. Guys would stare at me really creepily and felt they had the right to because I had such big boobs."
Montag got implants in 2010 while undergoing several other plastic surgery procedures. She realized that the implants caused her pain and changed her daily life..
"Over the past few years my implants have handicapped me, I have not been able to do a lot of things,"
Montag told the Daily Mail. "Over the past nine months I have not been able to do laundry, or look after my dogs or clean my house and I have had to stop working out because my injuries are so severe I cannot even do simple things like rowing or running.
"I have been limited in my everyday life and the last few months especially have been so uncomfortable and in pain that it has really been taking a toll on my life and my mood," Montag continued.
Montag, the former star of the MTV reality series "The Hills," said that getting the F-cup implants was a mistake.
"I definitely regret the surgeries that I have had over the years, I think I was so young and in such an unstable situation in my life with so much going on and so much pressure," Montag said. "It is really hard to be a woman in this day and age with all the media and internet and comments, there is so much more negativity coming at people, it is a lot easier to be insecure and let that get to me."
