Jennifer Aniston knows how to throw a party. At least, that’s what folks are saying after the former "Friends" star and her fiance threw a holiday bash that drew plenty of high-profile stars.

Among the A-list celebrities at Aniston's party were Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband Chris Martin of Coldplay, the New York Daily News reported. Also seen were "Iron Man" star Robert Downey Jr., and "Spider-Man" star (not to be confused with "The Amazing Spider-Man") Tobey McGuire.

E! News said "each tree was decorated with white twinkle lights, which were also used to outline the roof of her home."

Aniston, who turns 45 in February, has plenty of reason to celebrate. She said in a recent Parade interview that she hasn’t felt as good as she does now in years. “They do say youth is wasted on the young, but I feel just as youthful now — if not more — than I did when I was 25. I’m more in my body; I’m more in my mind. Life is full. Life is wonderful. We’re very, very fortunate.”

Talking about her fiance, Aniston said, “I feel most beautiful when I’m just at home with Justin Theroux in the morning. Or any time of the day I’m with him.”

Asked about the secret for success at her holiday parties, Aniston told Parade that several factors are involved, including food.

“There’s usually three different kinds of chili a the tree-trimming party. There’s a vegetarian chili, a turkey chili and a good ol’ beef chili. I can’t honestly say I make that, but I do make some Rice Krispies treats and hot chocolate. My best hostess tip is to have good food and really good music. We usually put on the Charlie Brown Christmas album. That’s my favorite. And then we’ll go to Bing Crosby and stuff like that — old school — Frank Sinatra.”
