Jihadi John, the London-raised ISIS militant reportedly killed in a November drone strike, may have a successor, as seen in a new video showing the execution of five men.

The "New Jihadi John," as some news outlets are calling him, speaks British English in the new video, calling British Prime Minister David Cameron a "slave of the White House," and "mule of the Jews," USA Today reported

"Only an imbecile would dare to wage war against a land where the law of Allah reigns supreme," he says in the video. "The Islamic State, our country, is here to stay. And we will continue to wage jihad, break borders, and one day invade your land, where we will rule by the Shariah."

Also featured in the video is an English speaking boy. He points to the Western world, and says, "We are going to go kill the kafir [unbelievers] over there."

The video lastly shows five Syrian men said to be British spies apparently being shot in the head and killed. The video has not been verified by Western governments as of yet, but officials are actively examining its authenticity.

"It’s desperate stuff from an organization that really does do the most utterly despicable and ghastly acts and people can see that again today," said Cameron in response.

"But this is an organization that’s losing territory, it’s losing ground, it’s, I think, increasingly losing anybody’s sympathy, and this again shows what an appalling organization we’re up against."

ABC News reported that the new Jihadi John could be Abu Rumaysah, "a British national who was arrested in September 2014, skipped bail, and fled to Syria."

The young boy is suspected to be Isa Dare, the son of jihadi bride Grace "Khadija" Dare of Lewisham, southeast London.

Some said the presence of a new Jihadi John could confirm reports from U.S. officials that the original man, Mohammed Emwazi, was likely killed in a drone strike in November.

In previous execution videos released by ISIS, men were beheaded, not shot.
