Collins, 31, scored her 19th straight win on Thursday's game show and moved into a second-place tie with Dave Madden for most consecutive non-tournament wins.

Ken Jennings is the top "Jeopardy!" player, with 74 straight wins totaling $2.5 million.

On May 23, Collins also surpassed 11-time winner Arthur Chu to take the third spot on the all-time winners list for money earned in regular season play, when she pushed her earnings to $314,900 with win No. 15.

Only Jennings and Madden have won more money outside of tournaments. With her four wins this week, Collins now stands at $410,000.

The Chicago-area resident is the winningest female ever on "Jeopardy."

Months earlier, there was much ado about Chu's divisive strategy of starting at the bottom of the board and bouncing around to search for Daily Doubles. In contrast, Collins employs a more traditional strategy of systematically moving through the categories.

Collins seems to be enjoying her notoriety, as her JeopardyJulia twitter feed suggests.
