Julia Roberts' apartment in New York's Greenwich Village neighborhood was put up for sale this week at price point of $4.5 million.
Located on West 10th Street near Sixth Avenue, the 2,000-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom co-op is housed in a postwar building, and its décor is described as "easy breezy" and "Hamptons/California-style beachy,"
the New York Post's Page Six reported.
Roberts and her husband, Emmy-nominated cinematographer Danny Moder, purchased the apartment in the summer of 2010 for $3,845,000.
The listing price — under $5 million — is relative chump change for the actress, who also listed her Hawaiian mansion in Kauai's posh Hanalei Bay for $30 million back in April. She also owns property near New York's Gramercy Park, as well as in California and New Mexico.
The Manhattan apartment features a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace and windows that wrap around the majority of the property. It also has a brick terrace with stunning views of the Empire State building in Midtown, and the One World Trade tower Downtown.
Roberts has recently been on the East Coast shooting the Jodie Foster-directed movie "Money Monster," which also features George Clooney. Back in April, Roberts was spotted dining with Clooney and his wife Amal at Claudette restaurant on Fifth Avenue,
People magazine reported.
