Kate Gosselin has been quietly dating millionaire businessman Jeff Prescott for several months while she's been in New York getting ready to appear on Donald Trump's reality TV show,
according to E! News.
Gosselin, a reality show fixture since she first appeared with ex-husband Jon Gosselin and her eight children on "Jon & Kate Plus 8," is currently on
"Celebrity Apprentice 7" with Trump.
E! News reported Gosselin and Prescott have been an item since October while she has been filming "Celebrity Apprentice" but they've tried not to be seen in public together to keep the relationship out of the tabloids.
Prescott, 51, is the chief executive officer and co-founder of Dreamstime, which stockpiles and supplies digital images for media outlets, corporate and personal clientele, noted E! News. The suburban Nashville entrepreneur is also a divorced father of three.
"For more than 10 years, Dreamstime has been providing highest quality imagery to clients in the creative market from independent customers in the private sector to Fortune 500 companies," according a statement on
Dreamstime's website. "We have been covered on many reputable and influential business and design websites."
The Nashville Business Journal reported in 2007 that the Dreamstime had sales approaching $10 million that year with 500,000 online customers with expected revenue of $15 million in 2008. Along with its headquarters in Brentwood, Tennessee, it also opened up shop in Bucharest, Romania, noted the newspaper.
Kate Gosselin reportedly refused in November to appear with her ex-husband on another reality show, VH1's "Couple's Therapy," in an attempt to repair their strained relationship.
"I would consider appearing on 'Couples Therapy' with Kate," Jon Gosselin told
Life & Style Weekly in November. "We're divorced, but why can't we co-parent? I was thinking Kate and I could do a televised sit-down with a doctor and work out our differences, because our kids are suffering."
