Uber moves fast. The car service company has snagged Ken Bone as a spokesperson less than a week after the red sweater-clad undecided voter wooed the internet during the second presidential debate Sunday.
On Thursday, Bone tweeted, "Everyone wants to know if I've decided... and I have. uberSELECT helps you ride in style like me."
UberSelect is a service that provides rides in fancier or more upscale cars.
Bone told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch he discovered Uber when he needed rides to media appearances following the debate and hadn't used the service previously.
UberSelect is just beginning to offer service in St. Louis near where Bone works as a coal plant operator. An Uber representative told the New York Daily News that Bone is only getting Uber credit for pitching the service.
Bone is also reported to be in talks with Izod, who made the now-famous red sweater Bone wore in the debate.
