Kendall Jenner is the highest paid model of 2017, raking in $22 million in a year, according to Forbes.
The 22-year-old ousted Gisele Bundchen, who has had the top spot since 2002, for her career best total.
This is thanks to lucrative deals with brands including Estée Lauder, La Perla and Adidas, which are forking out to reach Jenner's 85 million Instagram followers.
"Her social-media reach is just incredible," said Francisco Costa of Calvin Klein, per Vogue. "She is a combination of things. She is beautiful. She exudes American ease. She's young. As a house, you become part of the culture by embracing someone like her."
It did not hurt Jenner's earnings to receive paychecks from her family's reality TV show, and the success of her clothing line, which is shared with sister Kylie Jenner, also helped rake in the cash flow.
Meanwhile Bundchen earned $17.5 million, E News noted.
This is largely due to fewer campaigns, which caused the 37-year-old's earnings to drop 43 percent from 2016's $30.5 million total.
Rounding off the top three is soon-to-be mom, Chrissy Teigen, who earned an estimated $13.5 million in 2017.
This is the first time that the 31-year-old wife of singer John Legend, made the Forbes list, Eye Witness News said.
Joining Teigen as a new top-earner is Ashley Graham, who became the first plus-sized model to appear on the annual Forbes list.
Her estimated $5.5 million earnings put Graham in 10th place, an accomplishment that was helped along by her fashion lines as well as her ever-growing prominence as a size 16 model.
"It is not about who has the highest cheekbones anymore," Graham told Forbes. "It is really about how to be a boss, a brand and a businesswoman."
