Kendall Jenner, the 17-year-old daughter of Olympian Bruce Jenner and Kardashian "momager" Kris Jenner, has taken a lot of heat recently for being too skinny, something the budding model says is "not a nice feeling."
"I'm constantly criticized for being too skinny," Jenner told
Harper's Bazaar Arabia. "I'm trying to gain weight but my body won't let it happen. What people don't understand is that calling someone too skinny is the same as calling someone too fat. It's not a nice feeling."

Jenner, the Kardashian trio's half-sister, has grown up on camera on E!'s "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" since she was 11. The 5-foot-10 reality star was signed to Wilelmina modeling agency in 2010 and has since appeared on magazine covers and billboards all over the world. She and younger sister Kylie, 15, also teamed up recently to design a line for teen clothing store PacSun.
But Jenner is regularly bashed online and on blogs for her weight.
Some did, however, defend the teenager.
"Seriously my sister has the same problem with gaining weight. Even after having two kids she still can't gain weight easily," user FightWinConquer commented on a Los Angeles Times story about Jenner's weight. "That is how her body is and Kendall Jenner is probably that same. There are different body types, not everyone will gain easily. We need to stop comparing ourselves to others."

"Maybe if we don't focus on her weight then she won't either," user "cloviland" wrote. "It's not okay to criticize children, even famous ones, online."
