KFC's new Zinger Double Down King actually doubles down on going breadless, skipping the carbs for more meat by sandwiching a bacon and cheese hamburger patty between two pieces of fried chicken.
But the indulgent new menu item is only available in South Korea . . . at least for now.
KFC Korea rolled out the Zinger Double Down King this week, a whopping 750 calories in one sandwich that is a takeoff on the fast food chain's Double Down
breadless sandwich, according to E! Online.
Customers eating the sandwich have posted photos on Twitter.
The Independent reported that KFC Korea customers were not only treated to the Double Down sandwich, but also Double Down Maxx, which was made of hash browns and cheese between two fried chicken pieces.
The Zinger Double Down King certainly caught the attention of many on social media.
