Former Los Angeles Clippers star Lamar Odom has received three years probation and lost his driver's license for 12 months after agreeing to a DUI plea deal.

Odom, who is married to reality show star Khloe Kardashian, plead "no contest" the DUI in exchange for probation, according to TMZ. He will also have to complete an alcohol education class by June 9 and pay $1,814 in court fees.

He was arrested in the early morning hours of Aug. 30 after California Highway Patrol troopers pulled him over for driving too slow along California's 101 Freeway. Odom flunked a field sobriety test but refused a blood alcohol test.

The DUI arrest came amid the former athlete's public struggle of substance abuse, which led to a rift between him and his wife. The two were reportedly seen at Kris Jenner's birthday party in November and they celebrated Odom's birthday together last month.

Speculation about their marriage continued when EntertainmentWise.com reported the Kardashian attended a Jay Z concert Monday night at the Staples Center without her wedding ring.

"Odom didn't appear in court, where his lawyer entered his plea, and also didn't accompany Khloe to the show to watch the Holy Grail rapper, choosing to leave her ring behind as well," the website said. "The 29 year-old's marriage has long been at the center of speculation about whether the couple is heading for a split.

"They've only been photographed together twice since June and appear to have been living apart for some months. After being spotted at a Kanye West gig in October things had appeared to be on the up for the couple, however Khloe's lack of rock on her ring finger tells a different story," EntertainmentWise.com continued.

HollywoodLife.com reported Monday that Kardashian has already told Odom and the marriage is over and he is not invited to the upcoming wedding of her sister Kim and rapper Kanye West.

"Khloe doesn't want to be a wreck at the wedding, watching her sister and Kanye embark on their lifelong journey of love together while she's still in a (expletive) marriage that’s going nowhere," a source told HollywoodLife.com.
