There were 700 orders for the car before it was introduced, according to a Feb. 12 report in the New York Daily News.

The car features customizable interiors designed jointly with Alcantara, with seven options for seats, lower dashboard, door panels, center console, and glove box, according to a news release.

The Huracan replaces the Gallardo, which accounted for more than half of all Lamborghini sales.

Features include a V-10, 601 horsepower engine, magnetorheological suspension, variable steering ratios, and a dual-clutch transmission.

The 202-mph Lamborghini Huracan, which can go from zero to 60 mph in 3.2 seconds, will have a starting price of about $200,000, according to the Daily News.

Reactions on Twitter ranged from enthusiastic to critical.
