Larry D. Mann, the voice of the animated character Yukon Cornelius from the cherished Christmas classic "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer," died in Los Angeles on Monday. He was 91.
Mann's son Richard said his father died of age-related causes,
the Associated Press reported.

Though his voice will forever be associated with Yukon Cornelius, the Canadian-born actor appeared in numerous TV sitcoms over the years, including "MacGyver," "Hill Street Blues," "Bewitched," and "Gunsmoke."
Mann also landed several roles on the big screen, including "The Sting" in 1973 and "In the Heat of the Night," in 1967.
Prior to becoming an actor, Mann was a Toronto Disco Jockey and had appeared in several Bell Canada commercials,
Variety.com reported.
In addition to lending his voice to "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer," Mann also voice-acted in several 1970s and 1980s animated TV shows including, "Sabrina, Super Witch," "The All New Pink Panther Show," and "The New Scooby and Scrappy-Doo Show."
According to Mann's son, his father's last role before retirement was playing a talent agent in the 1991 TV show "Homefront."
Mann was the brother of late actor Paul Mann, who appeared in Elia Kazan’s "America and America" and in the film version of "Fiddler on the Roof," noted Variety.
Mann is survived by his son, Richard.
