Melania Trump said she wishes she could spend Christmas on a deserted island during a visit to Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., on Thursday.

The subject came up when a 10-year-old boy asked her where she would spend Christmas if she could go anywhere she wanted, People reported.

“I would spend my holidays on a deserted island, a tropical island—with my family,” the first lady replied to laughter by those in attendance.

The remarks came just a week after Trump tweeted that his wife "truly loves what she is doing" after a Vanity Fair report said Melania had dreaded Trump winning the election and didn’t want to be the first lady.

In her visit Thursday, Melania Trump also said her favorite carol is “O Holy Night” and that she liked to eat healthy food for Christmas dinner and attend midnight Mass, Newsweek reported.

Twitter had a lot to say about her wishes for the holidays, most of it not very nice.
