Paris Jackson, Michael Jackson's 15-year-old daughter who was hospitalized over the summer after a suicide attempt, was seen looking happy and healthy in a photo with mom Debbie Rowe earlier this week.

The teen posted the image to her Instagram account Sunday with the caption "Momma :)." The picture spawned a flurry of media reports that Jackson was vacationing with the rest of her family in Hawaii for Christmas, but insiders say it's more likely the photo was taken a few weeks back when Rowe visited her daughter at her Utah boarding school.

Jackson did visit family for New Year's this week though. According to E! Online, she's staying for a few days with grandmother Katherine Jackson at the Calabasas, Calif., home where she lived prior to being hospitalized nearly seven months ago.

Jackson was rushed by ambulance to a nearby California hospital in June after she reportedly "overdosed on 20 Motrin and cut her arm with a kitchen knife" in an apparent suicide attempt. She remained hospitalized until she was transferred to a therapeutic boarding school in Utah in late July.

Katherine Jackson said in September that her granddaughter was doing well at the school.

"She is in a good place, getting the help she needs," she told reporters. "The treatment is going good, really good."
