Michael Strahan and fiancee Nicole Murphy have their eyes on a $25 million NYC Central Park penthouse, provided actor Bradley Cooper doesn’t snag it first, the New York Daily News said.

Strahan and Murphy have looked over the apartment three times, the New York Daily News said, and it would be ideal for Strahan, who works right across the street at ABC. But Bradley Cooper has also toured the property, so somebody might want to move quickly on making an offer.

The engaged Strahan and Murphy have been living in Beverly Hills but began looking in New York City and focused in on the 5-bedroom, 5,500-square-foot penthouse just across the street from where Strahan co-hosts “Live! With Kelly and Michael,” the Daily News reported. The building is at 150 Columbus.
Daily News sources said Strahan likes the views at the building, but he’d better move fast – apparently Bradley Cooper also took a gander at the apartment.
It would be a smart location for Strahan and would align him with the Regis Philbin, the former “Live!” host who lives right next door and used to walk to work. The former New York Giants player celebrated one year starring on “Live!” and he seems to be feeling comfortable in that role if he’s looking at real estate close to work.
Strahan and Murphy sold a California house for $11 million, the Daily News said, making a few million on the deal.
Strahan was trending online on social media sites this week, and his real estate forays weren’t always topping the list.
