NBC's '1600 Penn' Panned on Twitter After Sneak Peek

NBC will debut a new comedy “1600 Penn” on Jan. 10, about a first family that’s not only unpresidential but also somewhat dysfunctional. Viewers given a sneak peak at the program in an extended promo during “NBC Sunday Night Football” were less than impressed.

“1600 Penn” quickly started trending on Twitter during the promo, but not because those watching the clip liked what they were seeing. Actually, it was quite the opposite.

The vitriol flowed on Twitter over the program, with almost no users defending or praising it from what they could see on the promo
