Rep. Michele Bachmann lost no time getting back in political gear Thursday, eagerly announcing on Twitter that she had introduced the first bill of the 113th session of Congress on one of her favorite issues. Bachmann introduced a bill to repeal Obamacare.

The responding tweets were fast and furious.

Because she made the announcement on Twitter, Bachmann positioned herself to take a lot of criticism over the announcement.

But the tea party favorite, no stranger to vitriol from the left, might have been surprised by the backlash. Some simply called for her dismissal.

Others took the opportunity to discuss the irony of Bachmann's own health benefits.

Because Republicans already have tried more than 30 times to repeal President Barack Obama's healthcare mandate, others wanted some answers on why the bill was productive.

It was hard to find people in support of Bachmann. In fact, those that were may not be sincere.
