Will an Olsen twins reunion happen on the "Full House" reboot? That's what fans want to know after John Stamos announced on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" that Netflix will launch a 13-episode reboot series called "Fuller House."

The 28-year-old Olsen twins Mary-Kate and Ashley, who played Michelle Tanner on the original series, currently are in discussions about guest appearances on the show, Us Weekly reported.

Those who are confirmed to reprise their roles include Stamos as Uncle Jesse, Candace Cameron Bure as D.J. Tanner, Jodie Sweetin as Stephanie Tanner, and Andrea Barber as Kimmie Gibbler.

The Olsen twins haven’t appeared together on screen since 2004.

“Fuller House” is set to appear on Netflix next year, starting with a one-hour reunion followed by the spinoff series focusing on D.J. Tanner and her three kids.

Bob Saget, Dave Coulier, and Lori Loughlin also are in discussions with Netflix.

Stamos described the reprise to Jimmy Kimmel: "Candace has three boys — it's sort of a reversal. We turn the house over to her. It's a labor of love. We've been literally trying for so many years to get it right, and I think we finally got it perfect."

He said efforts are underway to get all of the original cast members to appear in the reunion special.

"If we can't get the Olsen twins, we're going to dress you up," Stamos joked to Kimmel.

Twitter users were excited by the prospect of an Olsen twins reunion on the rebooted "Full House" show:
