Pamela Anderson has secured a temporary restraining order against estranged husband Rick Salomon after the "Baywatch" star accused him of attempting to strangle her and trying to smother her with a pillow during sex.
Anderson, who has married and divorced Salomon twice (most recently in February), filed documents in Los Angeles Friday also accusing him of " repeated acts of
harassment and abuse," according to TMZ.
In turn Salomon, who has filed for annulment, called Anderson “a serial baby killer,” alleging that she aborted an unspecified number of unborn babies.
The restraining order prevents Salomon from contacting
Anderson in any way, E! Online reported. In the filing, the 47-year-old actress also accuses Salomon of taking pictures of her without her knowledge and then threatening to disclose them and other private information.. She also claims he calls her cruel names and sends harassing text messages.
Salomon’s behavior "has become erratic, out of control and has caused me to fear for my safety,” Anderson said in her restraining order filing.
A hearing is scheduled for April 3.
The couple was first married in 2007 but that ended in an annulment after two months. They remarried in January 2014.
Salomon claims Anderson begged him to get her pregnant and then
terminated the pregnancy, the New York Daily News reported.
