Paul John Vasquez, known for his roles in shows such as “Sons of Anarchy,” died Monday night at the age of 48.

The actor reportedly suffered an apparent heart attack at his father’s home in San Jose, sources told TMZ.

His death comes just months after “Sons of Anarchy” co-star, Alan ‘O Neill, was found dead by his girlfriend.

Vasquez was found unconscious by his father, who called the paramedics, but they could not revive him.

Reps confirmed the news, which they said was a surprise, to NME.

“Our hearts are heavy. He was a kind, creative and loving man. He will be missed,” a statement read.

Born and raised in San Jose, California, Vasquez moved to Hollywood to pursue an acting career two weeks after graduating High School in 1988, according to his IMDb profile.

He made his television debut in the 1988 series “Private Eye” before going on to appear in various other films and TV series.

Vasquez joined “Sons of Anarchy” in season four, and played Angel Ganz, but his acting career was peppered with various other roles in shows such as “ER,” “How I Met Your Mother,” and “CSI New York.”

In addition to acting, Vasquez invested his time in assisting under privileged children by exposing them to the arts.

An L.A. County Coroner’s office spokeswoman told People magazine that ‘O Neil’s death in June may have been from alcohol overconsumption, blunt force head trauma and coronary artery atherosclerosis.

It is believed he fell. His death was ruled an accident.
